White chocolate chip and nut cookies

An irresistible combination of soft, crunchy, buttery and creamy white chocolate!

Ingredients

Dough:

1.200 gr Damco kano powder
600 gr Butter
125 gr White caster sugar
30 gr Whole egg
60 gr Water
200 gr Mixed nuts
200 gr White chocolate chunks

  1. Mix the butter gently with the dough hook.
  2. Add Damco kano powder and caster sugar and mix.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Once the dough has been formed, stop the machine.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll into a 56 cm logshape.
  6. Place this in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. Cut the logs into 4 cm pieces, place them onto a baking tray with paper.
  8. Do not bake the cookies completely, the cookies must remain soft in the middle.
