Ingredients
Dough:
1.200 gr
Damco kano powder
600 gr
Butter
125 gr
White caster sugar
30 gr
Whole egg
60 gr
Water
200 gr
Mixed nuts
200 gr
White chocolate chunks

- Mix the butter gently with the dough hook.
- Add Damco kano powder and caster sugar and mix.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Once the dough has been formed, stop the machine.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll into a 56 cm logshape.
- Place this in the refrigerator overnight.
- Cut the logs into 4 cm pieces, place them onto a baking tray with paper.
- Do not bake the cookies completely, the cookies must remain soft in the middle.
