Very tasty biscuits based on our delicious almond paste!

Damco almond vanilla cookie
ca. 240 gr
Egg white

- Soften the almond cookie paste with the egg white.
- Heat the almond cookie paste au bain-marie to approx. 40 - 45°C.
- Pipe the almond cookie paste onto baking paper (not silicone paper).
- Allow the cookies to dry overnight, cut them and finally bake them.
