Damco almond ‘weespermop’
170 gr
Whole egg
15 gr
Instant coffee

- Soften the almond cookie paste with egg.
- Work the instant coffee through the almond cookie paste.
- Roll into log shapes and roll them through the almond shavings.
- Cut the log shapes into pieces and allow to dry for approx. 2 hours before baking.
- Bake with moderate bottom heat.
