Coconut macaroons

Ingredients

Batter:

1.000 gr Damco macaroon mix
250 gr Water, 100°C

Instructions:

  1. Mix Damco macaroon mix in a bowl using a paddle attachment and add the water.
  2. Mix on the 2nd speed for 3 minutes. 

Chocolate coconut macaroons
Add: 150 g Bake stable chocolate drops

  1. Follow the recipe and instructions for the coconut macaroons.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes and then add the chocolate drops.
  3. Pipe the batter onto silicone paper or wafer paper.

Pineapple coconut macaroons
Add: 150 g Refru pineapple

  1. Follow the recipe and instructions for the coconut macaroons.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes and then add the Refru pineapple.
  3. Pipe the batter onto silicone paper or wafer paper.

Nut coconut macaroons
Add: 150 g Mixed nuts

  1. Follow the recipe and instructions for the coconut macaroons.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes and then add the Mixed nuts.
  3. Pipe the batter onto silicone paper or wafer paper.
