Damco hazelnut filling

- Mix Damco hazelnut filling and eggs. Roll “sausages” of the diluted hazelnut filling.
- Cut cookies of circa 16 grams.
- Roll each cookie through icing sugar.
- Press onto a lined baking tray, whilst pinching the cookie with your thumb and index finger in order to obtain the desired shape.
