Granola Bars

Don't have enough time to have a proper breakfast? These granola bars are a perfect alternative.

Ingredients

700 gr Royal Granola
150 gr Date syrup
150 gr Coconut oil
150 gr Reed sugar
140 gr Figgs finely chopped
140 gr Dates finely chopped

  1. Lightly heat date syrup and coconut oil.
  2. Mix with Royal Granola, reed sugar and finely chopped figgs and dates.
  3. Place on a baking tray with parchment paper and press to desired thickness.
  4. Bake at 180°C for approx. 25 minutes.
  5. After cooling, cut into bars.
