Chocolate chip cookies

Divine cookies with dark chocolate chips!

Ingredients

1.200 gr Damco complete kano powder
600 gr Butter
125 gr White caster sugar
30 gr Whole egg
60 gr Water
240 gr Baking chocolate drops dark

  1. Mix the butter, caster sugar and Damco complete kano powder until crumbly.
  2. Now add the egg, water and the chocolate drops.
  3. After adding the water, the dough needs to be kneaded thoroughly 2, 3 times.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll into 56 cm rounds and chill for 24 hours.
  5. Cut the rounds into 4 cm pieces and place them with the cutting edge down on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for about 11 minutes; the cookies must remain soft in the middle.

Tip: Replace the dark chocolate drops with white or milk chocolate drops, or the Royal Steensma Mixed Nuts.
