Ingredients

Cake:

2.000 g Damco lemon mascarpone cake
1.000 g Butter
1.000 g Whole egg

Decoration:

Frucaps ready-to-use neutral glaze
Candied fruit

Instructions for cake:

  1. Make sure the ingredients are room temperature.
  2. Mix the butter smooth (not fluffy) with a paddle attachment.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes in 2nd gear untill smooth. This depends on the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
  4. Fill the cake tins with approx. 450g batter and bake.

Finish:

  1. Let the cake cool down completely and apply a thin layer of Frucaps ready-to-use neutral glaze.
  2. Then finish with candied fruits like orange strips, lemon strips, candied orange slices, etc.
