Ingredients
Cake:
2.000 g
Damco lemon mascarpone cake
1.000 g
Butter
1.000 g
Whole egg
Decoration:
Frucaps ready-to-use neutral glaze
Candied fruit

Instructions for cake:
- Make sure the ingredients are room temperature.
- Mix the butter smooth (not fluffy) with a paddle attachment.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes in 2nd gear untill smooth. This depends on the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
- Fill the cake tins with approx. 450g batter and bake.
Finish:
- Let the cake cool down completely and apply a thin layer of Frucaps ready-to-use neutral glaze.
- Then finish with candied fruits like orange strips, lemon strips, candied orange slices, etc.
