Amarena turban

A delicious cake with Amarena cherries and Frucaps salted caramel filling!

Ingredients

Ingredients cake:

1.000 gr Damco rustic cakemix
550 gr Water
500 gr Whole egg
20 gr Damco cold binding agent
25 gr Lemon raspel
400 gr Amarena cherries, halved

  1. Mix the butter until soft with the paddle attachment (do not allow the mix to go airy).
  2. Mix Damco cold binding agent with Damco rustic cakemix.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the Amarena cherries) and whisk it at the 2nd speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Finally fold in half of the Amarena cherries.
  5. Finish the turbans with sugared Amarena cherries and Frucaps salted caramel filling
