Amaretti cake

The best of both worlds! With this delicious recipe, you no longer have to choose between pound cake or Amaretti cookies.

Ingredients

Batter:

1.000 gr Damco amaretti cake
500 gr Butter
500 gr Whole egg
25 gr Lemon raspel

  1. Mix the butter until smooth using the paddle attachment (do not allow to go airy).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 3 minutes at the 2nd speed until it is light and airy.
  3. Divide the mix batter between 4 greased 20 cm cake tins.
  4. Decorate the cake with Dutch amaretti
