Ingredients
Batter:
1.000 gr
Damco amaretti cake
500 gr
Butter
500 gr
Whole egg
25 gr
Lemon raspel

- Mix the butter until smooth using the paddle attachment (do not allow to go airy).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 3 minutes at the 2nd speed until it is light and airy.
- Divide the mix batter between 4 greased 20 cm cake tins.
- Decorate the cake with Dutch amaretti.
