Ingredients Cake:
2.750 g
Damco muffin/cupcakemix
1.000 g
Vegetable oil
750 g
Whole egg
500 g
Water
100 g
Lemon zest
30 g
Arlico green
30 g
Arlico yellow
30 g
Arlico orange
30 g
Arlico red
Ingredients Cream filling:
2.000 g
Butter, at room temperature
700 g

Instructions cake:
- Mix the Damco muffin/cupcakemix with the oil.
- Add water, lemon zest and an egg and mix it for 2 minutes in the 2nd gear.
- Divide the cake batter among 4 bowls and add a different color of Arlico Food coloring to every bowl.
- Mix it well until the cake batter has an even color.
- Divide the cake batter over rings of ca. 20 cm Ø and bake. (Every color of cake batter should be enough to fill six rings).
Instructions cream filling:
- Mix the butter in the 2nd gear for 30 minutes until it is light and creamy.
- Heat up the edges of the mixing bowl every now and then.
- Then add the pomokrem and mix well.
Putting it all together:
- Build the cake in the order: green, yellow, orange, red, and add some cream filling in between every layer.
- Cover the rest of the cake in a layer of cream filling and optionally add a layer of rainbow confetti sprinkles.
- Divide what is left of the cream among 4 bowls and color it with Arlico blue, green, yellow and red.
- Make little drops in different colors with various piping bag attachments.
