Truffles:

1.000 gr Damco coco royale

Other:

Chocuise souplesse dark
Ground coconut

  1. Roll out the Damco coco royale until it is 10 mm thick, and then divide into 3 x 3 cm cubes.
  2. Roll the cubes into balls, glaze them with Chocuise souplesse dark and then roll them through the ground coconut.
