Rocky Road

Delicious bars to vary endlessly with!

Ingredients

Rocky road:

750 gr Butter
1.200 gr Chocuise souplesse dark
250 gr Confectioners glucose syrup
500 gr Stroopwafels chunks
300 gr Cranberries
75 gr Coconut, grated
300 gr Marshmallow mix
750 gr Mixed nuts

  1. Line the bottom of a 60 x 20 cm baking tin with paper and grease the edges.
  2. Melt the butter, Chocuise souplesse dark and Confectioners glucose syrup.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients to the liquid mixture and mix it gently.
  4. Then pour it into the baking tin. 
  5. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Then cut to the desired size.
