Chicken-pesto filling:
1000 gram

- Mix all the ingredients, except for the grated cheese, with a paddle attachment for approx. 3 minutes to form a homogeneous mass. Then mix in the grated cheese and any variation filling if desired.
- Using and ice cream scoop, create little scoops of dough of approx. 40 grams and decorate them with a mix of grated cheese and sesame seeds (ratio 50%/50%).
- Bake in an oven at 210°C with a little steam for about 25 minutes.
