Ingredients

Basic dough:

10.000 g Bak Speciaal Cheezies Mix 100%
4.000 g Whole egg 40%
1.500 g Oil 15%
6.000 g Grated cheese 60%
ca. 4.500 g Water 45%

Decoration:

Grated cheese
Sesame seeds

Chicken-pesto filling:

1000 gram Cheezies batter
100 gram Chicken breast, smoked, diced
35 gram Pesto

Bell pepper garlic filling:

1000 gram Cheezies batter
1 piece Bell pepper, in small pieces
1 1/2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 piece Red onion

Mustard-ham filling:

1000 gram Cheezies filling
20 gram Coarse mustard
100 gram Diced ham, finely chopped

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the grated cheese, with a paddle attachment for approx. 3 minutes to form a homogeneous mass. Then mix in the grated cheese and any variation filling if desired.
  2. Using and ice cream scoop, create little scoops of dough of approx. 40 grams and decorate them with a mix of grated cheese and sesame seeds (ratio 50%/50%).
  3. Bake in an oven at 210°C with a little steam for about 25 minutes.
