Quality is meeting the expectations and wishes of customers. The quality assurance system is a continuous program of quality improvements. The system is aimed at giving a high priority to maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and quality when introducing and maintaining business activities. By regularly conducting internal audits, the system is tested for its effectiveness in order to implement possible improvements.
Traceability
The batch code on the package allows us to fully trace the raw materials, packaging and consumables by using special software.
Supplier selection & entry check
The suppliers of raw materials and packaging are carefully selected by means of supplier surveys, quality certificates or are visited for an on-site assessment. The incoming raw materials are tested against the existing specification and agreements with the supplier.
